Conditions for the use of Shuttle Service
You can reserve the shuttle service directly in Airport or from your hotel to the Airport of Fiumicino.
The service is available every 30 minutes.
The distance between the airport to the city is about 35 Km. The travel is about 40/50 minutes.
The transport is share with another customer (maximum 8 person) and the service will do many destination for the all customer (media 2 or 3 ).
The price including the transport of 1 luggage and one hand bag per person.
Eventual changes or deletes of the schedule must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled voyage.

For the transfers towards the hotel
Before to do a reservation make sure to including the time for pick up the luggage, and we remind you to reserve the shuttle not before 30 minutes from your landing.
To use our service customers must be present at Hotel Reservation desk allocated to arrival of terminal A B C 10 minutes before the departures of the shuttle reserved.
Here the customer will be received from our staff and the driver will take you to the shuttle. If the customer will arrive with delay he will get the next available shuttle.

For the transfers towards the airport
The reservation to came back to the airport should be done on time that will be 1 our before to the check- in of the fly. The society it doesn't take any responsibility in case you don't follow the procedure.
The driver will pick-up the clients at their hotel.
The clients must be ready in the hall for the arrival of the driver. The Shuttle will arrive in a range of 15/20 min. from the expected schedule.

For delay cause from accident, break down , demonstrations or any causes that obstacle the service the society it doesn't accept any refund.
